Shipping charges are planted upon shipping destinations & product weight-age.
Re-shipment of the same order is also chargeable. Incomplete address listings can cause delays. Responsibilities aren’t laid upon us for this, and customers would have to pay re-shipping charges, fines or penalties if they sail in, incorrectly.
International shipping charges would be paired along applicable duties and taxes, and has to be paid by customers. (Handling or convenience charges may be applied)
Your orders will be bagged in and delivered to the address provided by you on the website. To keep away from delivery problems, thoroughly run through the address shared before placing the order. In order to keep your favorite product in the best shape & quality, we also do suggest you to keep your orders from being delivered to P.O. boxes or destinations with unidentifiable recipients.
Customer’s absence at the destination during the time of delivery or, uncertain time lags by courier/delivery agencies who hand over goods to customers may cause delay. We do not take any responsibility for it.
During delivery, many service interruptions & problems pop in due to uncontrollable events. For example, limited transport systems, shipping carrier, custom clearance issues, etc.
An order is the thing that sets the time frame. Many users have their products customized & tailored as per their preference, which pulls the entire process anything between 1-5 days. Regular orders are generally delivered within a couple of days. We track each ordered product & keep customers notified via SMS/emails. Within 24 hours of the order being dispatched, we start our notifications.
If there happens to be a delay in shipping the order, we immediately have you informed on email by monitoring & sharing the actual reason behind the delay.
